I ordered it when it first came out and had trouble with the ghost touching and freezing and possibly the microphone issue. Verizon replaced it in early May and the ghost touching started after about a week and I noticed the microphone was muffled when on speaker phone and when recording videos and on the built-in audio recorder app. I was about ready to give up when an update happened in late May and the microphone issue was fixed. The ghost touches appear to be related to fingerprint smudges. I wipe the phone on my cotton shirt or a damp rag or a dry rag on a regular basis and the touches rarely ever happen and if they do a quick wipe always stops them. I have not had any BIG drops on hard surfaces. I use battery care mode which charges ...
