The Ultra is available on Verizon as of 3.11.21. I started with the brigadier and security updates stopped when the PRO came out. Updates for the pro stopped when the pro 2 came out. Updates for the pro 2 were happening approximately every month on Verizon but it's been over 3 months since the last one in December (google security October). But a week or so after receiving the phone 2 months ago those 12 maybe 16 face crap and other game apps showed up I assume from Verizon but it was not an update that showed up on the phone. But apparently with this newer operating system Google can send operating system, security "updates" directly to phones now if you allow it. So I'm not sure if Verizon or Kyocera or Google or who, possibly an app updater thing, sent those 12 to 16 apps that I promptly uninstalled. I'm not 100% sure of the timeline but I think it was immediately after those apps showed up that the screen touches and freezing issues started.
