Best bluetooth earpiece for Treo 650?

I am going to buy a Treo 650 and want to get a few accessories off the bat on the initial purchase - can anyone recommend the best earpiece to use? I noticed Palm has one - and many other companies.

Also - any other recommended accessories?

What about these bluetooth car kits - are they worth it?

I have the Jabra BT800... It works okay as long as you set the phone to auto answer... The 800 series is the only one that I have seen with the caller ID on the ear piece, which is useful, until you have to hang up on the ex because of the auto answer feature...lol

The Sony Ericcson HBH-660 is also highly regarded, and a lot of people have had success pairing it with the T60, myself included. It also has Caller ID (but the screen is tiny) but you don't have to futz with auto-answer.
