Is there any way to buy the 5600 cheaper than $429 without activating a new line of service? I know one way to get 10% off of the retail price of $429. Go to your local Radio Shack stores when the 5600 is available and tell the salesman that you want to sign up to get a Radio Shack Credit Card. Some credit cards allow you to receive 10% off of your first purchase for signing up with 12-month no interest. 😉

talk to a bestbuy employee and get it for 319.99... hahah that is what I paid... So tell him you'll give him an extra 50 bucks, but you need to do the activation yourself... And good luck trying to talk to some employee to do that, most wont, but it's an option if you want to try and cheat the system... Or get a job at bestbuy, haha!!!
