Blackberry 7100 with Verizon

I currently am a Verizon customer and travel about half of the month throughout the entire US. Verizon consistently has the best coverage in most areas. Now, here is my dilemma.

I want a Blackberry. Not the old (clunky) BlackBerry but the new 7100 series BlackBerry. I would have the best of both worlds, being able to use this device as a phone and also being able to retrieve my email (pushed). I know that the 7100 series currently offered is GSM and will not work on the Verizon network. For that reason, I am tempted to switch to Cingular and buy a 7100G. What I really want to know is there a 7100 series or another Blackberry on the horizon that I should wait for. I really don’t want to switch carriers and am willing to wait a few...

Have you heard anything? I currently have two lines with Verizon and a Blackberry with AT&T(Cingular)

There is NO comparison as far as coverage OR cust service between the two.

In Tucson, my BB and my VZW phone both have trouble indoors. With the VZW edging out over the BB as far as reliable signal goes. They are pretty close in that aspect. Voice quality is different.

I'm in the High finance business. Communication is key. I just don't know If I can trust the call quality for my business. That's why I moved from SPCS to VZW in the first place.

I'm at the end of my contract with AT&T. I may do a 7100g with cingular for the trial period just to see if there is a difference in quality.

I do take issue with Cingular's cust servic...
