Whats not working exactly? When you try to sync up with devices do you get an error? Is the device your trying to pair in discoverable mode? Let us know a little bit more so we can help u ....or do as her said and return it if you just got it

i can link them up fine. But no one can hear me. I turn the volume up and still no one can hear me. And if they do hear me theres a loud noise in the back ground.

Do you have or does someone u know have a blutooth phone? I would try and sync your headset with another device, and see if it works or not. That will eliminate the possibility of it being your headset. If it doesn't work, then obviously its your headset notthe phone. It it does turn out to be your hpone, dont worry, your covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you bought it within the last 30days, just take it back and have them exchange it. If your outside your 30 days, call 1-800-801-1101 from another [hone besides your cell, and they will ship you a replacement.
