hey all

i don't have this phone yet but plan to get it soon. everything looks so kool about it but the only thing is im more of a texter than a caller and i read that theres something pathetic like 6 txt alerts to choose from and sod all else.

its such a great feature on most new phone today that you can have your favorite track play when someones ringing you and most phones would allow the same for txt alerts but i hear not? is this true?

if there is any way at all to set an mp3 as a txt alert via any program download or anything i would be very greatfull

thanks in advance

Just looked at the menu: Messages - Settings - Message Alert - 7 different alerts including a simple "click"

Doesn't appear you can set an Mp3 as an alert. Thank goodness in my opinion - i txt too much, so the short click is just right for me.

Looks like you're giving your product a lot of free advertising on this website! Why don't you pay like other advertisers? I'm sure Rich would advertise your product for you.

BTW: Quit cluttering things here by posting the exact same word-for-word advertisements in every forum you visit. It's bad forum-etiquette. Kinda like spamming people.

No. Not you - he was quoting Gary so that's who that was aimed at.
