Max size memory stick?
I've read that the phone will only read cards no bigger that 128MB. Has any one tried a bigger card? Nokia says that their 6230 only works with up to 256MB MMC, but an after market 512MB works fine. Could the s710a be the same situation?

hey. iv read all the threads about this. it seems a shame. but if i was to buy 2 128MB DUO cards. one of them plugged into the phone.is there any room at all where the second could be stored and then the cards could be switched when needed?
Like under the battery cover? i have 2 sim cards with the phone i use at the moment and i keep one of them in the gap ontop of the battery and under the battery cover.
if one fit in there i could just switch the cards to access different things on each card but carry them both in the phone.

No, you wont be able to fit a memory card inside the battery cover...it's a tight fit (they were trying to keep the size from getting any bigger than it already was).

I just got an e-mail from SE support saying the next batch of S710's will support PRO duo due to the volume of requests!!!

So our S710's will be able to recieve a simple firmware update to support the Pro Duo.

How do we get an update? OTA, or do we take our phones in or send them off?

Send them into Sony Ericsson and pay a fee, usually it's around $40.
I also asked Sony Ericsson if they'd reflash my phone with the standard Sony Ericsson firmware and they said No.
