Mute/ silent
Is there really a way to put the phone on total silence? I don't want to put it on vibrate because that can even be loud/distracting. I put the phone on mute, but it still rings...as if it is just set on the lowest ring volume.

Press and hold the # key for a second. Instant mute. Repeat to turn the sound back on.

That's what I did. It just that mute is not really mute: it is like ringing on the lowest ring volume.
