Motorola V620
t-mobile compatibility
I'm thinkin about purchasing the motorola v620 phone and I currently have service with t-mobile and I've been hearing stories about how different things don't work with different people and I just wanted to know if anyone who has t-mobile has this phone and if they would recommend this phone as one that works with minimal problems.

I have this phone and use Tmo. To date, I've had zero problems with it on the network. Voicemail messages come through clearly, as do text messages. I have yet to try gprs, though.

I have an old ATTWS Moto v505 that is unlocked and I called T-Mo and asked what setting I should use. They talked me through the process and everything works fine now. I also had them setup an old Nokia. Try calling T-Mo and see if they can help with your unlocked phone, after all they areonly interested in you remaining a customer, and if using an unlocked phone is what you want to do, they still get paid 😁
