Rich, tell me how people can be using this phone with no FCC approval..am I unaware of some way to get around using a phone that doesn't have there approval?

I'm not Rich, but here's my best explanation. The FCC is a governing body in the US. It does not determine what can be sold in other countries. The v620's we're seeing talked about on this site are most likely imported, therefore, no FCC approval needed.

But I honestly didn't know someone like Costco could sell such things not approved by our government..
