LG Stylo 4
Txt msg problem
I have a new LG STYLO 4.It is 4 mos okd.ld. All of a sudden when I text anyone it shows I am sending 2 of the same and recieving 2 answers.I tried uninstaling the msg app and reinstalled and it still does it.
I have even called LG TECH COMPANY SERVICE.
THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK AND THAT WAS 30 MIN AGO.
I don't want to do a TOTAL FACTORY RESET because I have No Way of doing a back up.
I din't want to loose ANYTHING !!
Please does anyone know how to fix or have heard of this problem ??
