Hello all,
I know that Cingular has pulled this phone for sale.I was wondering if anyone has been experiencing a greater than normal amount of dropped calls with this phone?I can have 2 or 3 bars showing up on the meter. While talking on the phone it just drops the call. I have been a Verizon customer for the past 12 years. I am new to Cingular. I have both the SX66 and a motorola V600 - they both pick up and drop calls equally. I don't think its a problem of the phones, but Cingular/ATT. Verizon often has better coverage - but in my experience - only just. With bluetooth I'm sure it's a function of battery life in the headset - see my review just posted.

I have heard that the phone was actually recalled due to some issues. This was directly from Siemens as far as i know though they are placing the responsiblity on the carriers to correct the Issue for the customers, only problem is that most carriers do not have a comparable model to switch out for the customer....Go figure Siemens has said that the phone will not be availabel again until March.
