the reception on that headset is horrible. from my experience al behind the ear headsets have sub par reception. going to buy another moto headset tomorrow i think. hs810

I have just returned my Moto HS820 because callers said they could not hear me well.
I just picked up the BT110 by Jabra. In-ear earpiece lets me hear calls beautifully, and I sounded decent when I left myself voicemails.
The BT250 by Jabra gets rave reviews, but a little too big for my tastes.
