Danger Hiptop 2 / Sidekick II

hey I have the Mister Cartoon Limited Edition one and I saw that I have a little dust in the LCD screen. it's not a huge deal, but it's really annoying, especially in direct sunlight. so I was wondering if anyone, especially anyone who's had their Sidekick for a while, knows how to get dust out. I would do an exchange repair through T-Mobile, since I've only had my Sidekick since December, but since it's in 'limited quantities' [which I'm sure it's not haha] they would only be able to give me a regular one.

also, has anyone else's Sidekick ever randomly restarted itself? it'll shut off, turn on, and you won't have any contacts or calendar dates. then in like 2 minutes, everything's fine? help? anyone? hahaha thanks.
