LG MM-535

I recently aquired a mm-535 and it was doing great... it would shut off and then back on again out of no where. This didn't bother me too much, due to the fact that it always turned back on and was just fine. But, it has now shut off and when it turned back on it froze up at the Qwest screen. It at first is kinda glitched out lookin' and the button lights arent on, then the lights go on and the Qwest screen looks normal. But that is where it stays. I have tried all i can think of and I just cant figure it out. Any help would be great!
