internet disconnect

Does anyone know how to log out of the internet on this phone? I don't like leaving the communication line open. My old Samsung had a "disconnect" choice as a menu option. I've read the book, searched the menu's and called the "helpless" desk at Sprint. They said the only way to disconnect was to turn the phone off and turn it back on again.

Pressing the END key will disconnect the internet without turning off the phone. (Just don't hold the key down for very long or it will turn off.)

I am curious what you mean by "keeping the line of communication open"
As bumblebee said, just exiting the web will disconnect it. You are able to make/receive calls, or messages, etc. It basically pauses the connection, so that if you need to make a call, you can, then get right back into the page you were browsing on. After a while it will auto disconnect (so that next time you want to use the web, it will have to sign in under your vision username and password.) If you don't have vision on your plan and are worrying about usage charges, first, just pay the $15 for it and don't worry about it, or just don't worry about it, they'll charge based on kilobyte usage, not actual elapsed time.

I wonder why you need to do this? I can't find an...
