Motorola V265 / V266 / V276
LG VX-6100 vs Mot V265
I am wondering what people's field experiences have been with the V265? I'm in the Boston area so coverage is not a problem for me. The 6100 has a nice camera and display, and I would be tempted to swap to the v265, but all the stories I hear of Motorola QC and s/w glitches has me hesitant. The last thing I want to is to end up with a "free" (after rebates, etc) "wrong" NE2 phone.
Experiences from the trenches of using the V265 would be most appreciated.
My main needs are:
- Loud Speakerphone (used while driving)
- Simple navigation (again, used often while driving...

I have had the v265 for a little less than a week but so far so good. I'm coming from a t730 and it is by far better than that. I personally compare it to a souped up v60 that I also had. It's a simple phone, navigation is simple and unlike some other comments that were made it feels solid. Granted it doesn't have the v60 metallic feel but it definitely feels more solid than the t730 and when I compare it to my friends' Samsungs and LG's it feels better than theirs. The only negatives I have about this phone is that the date is not shown via external display and even in the internal display, the internal screen is too small, and the "smart key" cannot be programmed aside from speakerphone.
