Now I can see on the site that it says the phone isn't available yet. But is that just for the US market or for the entire world? I've got a guy claiming to have 10 of these phones right now for $380 each and he wants western union payment. I've come here since you're all the cell phone fanatics.
Am I right in saying this deal is too good to be true and that I'm probably going to get ripped off if I buy one?

Nevermind. I found my answer. The auction got pulled. Glad I didn't make any impulsive purchases.

Unfortunately there are people out there that will hijack other accounts on Ebay and then use them to try to sell an item that does not exist. Unless I am mistaken the v3 is not available anywhere and someone that asks for such little money on such an expensive phone is either out of his mind or out to screw you and if he asks for western union payment and to use an independent email address for contact falls into the latter catagory. Glad that you didn't get hammered on that. 😉
