Can you put videos on the razr

I have the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools, and i was looking on Cingular's download (ringtone, game) site and it looks like their putting a new section "Video, MMS". but i was thinking since im sure they are going to charge a lot for a video, if it is possible to resize a video and transfer it to my phone. thanks
