Same custom tone for SMS & incoming call
Does anyone know if its possible to have a custom ring tone set for a caller and still have the text for them just beep. Its annoying not knowing if its a call or a text I'm receiving. Any help would be great, thanks

Go to Settings -> Audio
With the "Style" you would like Select
(Loud, soft, ect...)Details.
This should allow you to customize any ring profile including different rings for calls and text as well many others.

This will work if you simply want different audio for the ringer and SMS alerts. But, unfortunately this does not fix the issue with setting a specific ringtone to a person in the address book and having that same ringtone when that same person sends you a message.

Contacts Must be Saved to -Phone- not the Sim.
At that it should be as easy as changing the option for "Ringer ID" by Editing the selected contact or when adding new. By changing the contact from sim to phone will open the Edit screen automatically
