I thought the limit was 20, could be wrong.

If you service is with Cingular, they do offer VoiceConnect(small monthly fee) that will allow you to voice dial numbers.

I have not found the Moto voice recog to be overly accurate even with names, can't imagine with numbers.

I have a question on how the heck it works! I have contacted Cingular/Motorola and no body can help me "it's a new phone and they aren't trained on it yet". This is what I am trying to do.
I have the phone numbers entered in the address book and stored on the phone, not sim.
I have associated a voice name with the entry, for instance "HOME" has a voice command speaking the name "HOME".
I am trying to dial the number but no where in any of the documentation does it describe how to get it to dial out.
I am trying to dial with the door closed, looking at the cingular display & time, pushing the right soft key (voice) and then i get a very quiet beep, but nothing shows up in the color display (when it's closed) or does it even dial or attemp...

I am shocked that this phone doesn't have voice independent dialing or digit dialing. I was the owner of a V710 with VZW, and I heard VZW would be releasing an upgraded version of the RAZR in Q1 '06. I thought about upgrading, but then I thought, Cingular has had the same phone out now for a year, and when VZW gets it, it will be much more expensive then what Cingular has it for. And I have been finding out that GSM gets the best phones first. So, I switched to Cingular. I would say so far the biggest drawback is the independent dialing. Perhaps, this way they'll entice people into paying $4.99 a month for Voice Connect. Of course there are a few other things in the RAZR that are not as good as the V710.... External screen size, no e...

Which phones with at&t-cingular allow for voice digit dialing-speak a number and it dials instead of having to have it in your phonebook as a contact?

The monthly fee for that feature is $4.99 and instead of paying that every month, I could buy a phone that already has it on it.
