Don't worry, I'm not getting mad because they are as uninformed as I am. I am getting mad because I am exponentially more informed than they are. Luckily I FINALLY found a rep, who, within 2 minutes had given me all the information I needed, something that half a dozen other Cingular reps couldn't do.

What's funny is that the rep. you talked to, just like the ATT rep said, does not have any "inside information" so most likely the information you recieved was pure speculation and like most "rumors" in the wireless industry, it is unreliable.
