They had to know that if the phone was not orderable that simply haveing the phone on the website would cause a rukus! It makes me wonder if they were testing the waters to see what reaction they would get? Who knows! But what I do know is that the website is operated seperately from the corportate structure of Cingular. So sometimes the website is not quite insynch with other parts of the business!
