Voicemail Indicator stays on? HELP
😲 If someone can PLEASE help me, it'd be much appreciated.
It seems when I get a new voicemail on my E317, the little indicator symbol on the screen illuminates to alert me to the new message...however, after I've listened to the message & even after I've deleted the message...the stupid little symbol stays ON my phone! It's sooo annoying! I've tried powering the phone off and then back on, but that doesn't work. It seems it takes DAYS to disappear. 👿
How do I get rid of it? Does anyone else have this problem? It's quite aggravating, because I never know if I have new messages, or if the stupid light is just still on from the LAST message I received.
