Can someone who has a 6255i please tell me how strong the vibrate is on it? 😁

compared to say a Motorola v810 it's a little lighter.

Personally, If I have the phone on just vibrate I'll miss the call if I'm driving or in a noisy environment like a bar. I keep the phone in my pocket and my pants are usually quite loose.

The phone is kind of heavy and the extra weight could affect the effectivness of the vibrate function.

Have you heard the new N90 doesn't vibrate at all because of the Camera lens? In my opinion, that blows.

I hadn't heard that. The n90's phonescoop listing says that it vibrates...but that certainly wouldn't be the first time phonescoop has gotten something wrong.

Lacking vibrate totally sucks!...'course it's not that bad becuase I can't use a gsm phone. ;-) I guess they're kind of putting the cart before the horse by removing the vibrate in order to have the camera, huh?

That's to bad about the Nokia vibrate though...I ordered the Motorola e815, but the working model in the store had a really pathetic vibrate on it, so I was hoping maybe the nokia would be better. On the other hand, now I know there's little point in returning the one I ordered. :-)

I'm just looking for really fantastic reception and excellent sound quality on a phone,...

I definatly am happy with the audio quality of the 6255 compared to the v810 I last had. It is much MUCH louder. Also, If I use the speaker phone I don't have to hold the mic near my face, it picks up from atleast an arms length away at a normal volume.

I've heard good things about the e815 and a rumor it was discontinued:

turned out to be a glitch? hmmm...

Like the article said, it was just some vcast issue...something I could really care less about anyways. :-)

Glad you like the Nokia - to bad Verizon couldn't get it in a decent time frame.
