I'm the manager for an authorized dealer for WW (CellONE) and I've had the phone for a few days. No complaints here. Excellent reception and battery life, no funky software glitches or cracks or whatever, either.

I have had mine for a little over a week. I haven't had any problems with the phone. I tried to synchronize it with my PC using the USB cable but was unable to do so. I believe I have a bad cable. I was able to synch with Bluetooth.

I had the same problem - it seems that a lot of the third party cables going around out there aren't DKU-2 compatible. I just ordered a Nokia OEM DKU-2 cable, so here's hopin'.
