🤭 🤭 👿 😈

Two weeks ago I tried to get my software updated and mine crashed as well.

Since then:

1st replacement did not display anything on the greyscale outside screen. Power cycle fixed it, but no, it kept happening.
2nd replacement would not charge the battery, replaced phone and battery for issue.
3rd replacement would not charge the battery either. Replaced AC Adapter and am going to VZW store during lunch to get the phone and battery replaced as well.

so i'm working on getting my 4th replacement on this phone in 2 weeks and a day.

How ridiculous is this? Should I be entitled to a NEW exchange yet?
