Even though it doesnt support 850....

Can you still use this phone in america even though it is a 900/1800/1900....america is 850 so does it work well in america??????

Yes you can, T Mobile uses 900/1800/1900 frequency.

You can use it on either Cingular or T-mobile. Since the acquisition of ATT, Cingular now has a 1900 network as well. T-mobile uses 1900, Cingular uses 850 and 1900 the other bands are for international use.

Isn't the 850 band for international use as well? I thought 1900 was for the US and 850 was for South America...

I think 900 is for Europe and Asia but 850 might be for South America. I am not sure about that.
