face plate problem
On my phone my face plate comes off by applying almost no pressure. Sometimes when I take my phone out of my pocket the faceplate falls off. my model was one of the first and I wonder if it is another defect because that isnt the only defect on my phone. Any solution besides getting a new phone??

It's gotta be some kind of defect. When I changed out faceplates on mine I had to apply so much pressure to slide them off that I was afraid I might break them. I suggest you take it back to Cingular.
