On the website it says the price is 79.99 with 2 year contract. can i go into the store and get this phone for 179.99 without a contract? plus the activation fee's and whatnot???

Yes you can do this if you want an prepaid account just pay for the sims card and minutes or take an old sim card and slide it right into the phone and go on in life always add 150 to th 2yr. contract price
