Unassigned #

Has anyone received the message, "Unassigned #", followed by their phone no longer being able to make calls and only receive them sporadically? I have an LG VX4500 on Verizon, my wife uses the LG C1300 on Cingular. Cingular has been stumped and unable, thus far, to figure out what's going on with her phone! Shocked

Well I am kinda stumped too. Normally when we get that error it has to do with the phone being programmed wrong. You could try a new SIM card, or they could reprogram the phone for you.

Other than that, I am stumped too. I'm just a hardware guy, that is a software issue.
