when your song is finished downloading, change the name to .mid
Then, you have to make it 30 seconds long, go to file and save selection as, and then for save as type, choose wave, for attributes, choose MPEG Layer-3 32 kBit/s, 22,050 Hz, Mono.
Then click save and you have your ringtone.
