you get the 8000. the only possible way you'd get anything different is if the insurance company was out of the 8000, and then they might just have you wait for it. you can't pay more and get a different model so don't even bother asking. it is strictly a model for model swap. and it's a typical insurance company, they won't bend over backwards for anyone. keep in mind, the insurance company is not verizon...
