software update

I just went to verizon this past weekend in NYC...they said there will be a software update soon, im guessing this update will fix the play button on the front and actually get the mp3 player working 🙂

Why doesn't the play button on the front work?..and doesn't the mp3 player work after you put mp3s on your phone through a data cable?
