i have found the same problem. i am on third phone. i found that the bluetooth has to be enabled and that the bluetooth has to be enabled to your headset or computer profile. my third phone from best buy worked fine when bluetooth was enabled by itself. once we paired the headset that is when we started to have the problem again.

not sure but i called motorola and spoke to a rep. i would have been better of calling big o' tires.the rep at motorola says that the lines in the picture was due to the microsoft pocket windows software. then told me to call microsoft to resolve issue or take phone back to the store. i think i will do the second one; bye-bye moto. a shame, i really like the phone. the low mp3 tones and a camera that doesn't work with bluetooth doesn't cut it. it's one thing that the camera does nothave good quality, but for the camera notto work when bluetooth is on is rediculous. i thought i had the updated phone from best buy with the orange dot. still not where it should be. it's gonna hurt taking back yhis nice looking phone.

hope you got some sleep. ACT is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, much more sophisticated than mic outlook.
the mpx220 will sync with mic outlook, but we were told we had to buy companion link software to sync to ACT.

Could I get some assistance with the syncing? After my computer is on and I connect my phone, it connects to Active Sync, then in the middle it stops and says error. I have the latest version of Active Sync. I'm using Windows XP. I have uninstaled and reinstalled the ActiveSync software 5 times and I'm still getting an error.

i go an error and that was because i had two versions of outlook on my computer. i think one comes on my version of winxp which was a trial version and the other came with office 2000. i uninstalled the trial version. one may be conflicting with each other. also you should be able to click on the error link and it should specify exactly what is the error.

I stopped by BB last night and they were totally out and did not know when they might get more stock. On top of that, the SP had no clue as to what I was talking about. BTW, I took a pic with BT on and have no lines with version .342.

was the phone paired to a headset. my gf has that version and it didn't happen at the store but when the headset was paired.
