Screws to tighten casing

Does anyone know where the screw are to tighten the casing and if it is at all possible to tighten them. I removed my battery cover and before my phone felt very solid but now it is creaking at the bottom of the phone.

Level 2 or anybody if you have any info that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

They are a t6 torx. The top to in the rear are wasy to get to, remove the antenna for the left one.

The bottom two are a nightmare. The speakerphone cover hides them, and that is very difficult to remove, impossible to do without marring the plastics.

I have the replacement parts at my shop in NY, but not something you can do on your own, only for the risk of damage. Don't take that personally... This phone is a bear to disassemble and the plastic do not survive it without flaw.

Thank you for your help. Do you think it is possible for a VZW Tech or any other to be able to fix this.

Possible, yes. Will they? I doubt it. In my experience last week, VZW techs in NY don't know what to do when they see the phone, they common quote was 'we don't know anything about it yet'...

Hang in there...

Ah, I tried taking apart a friends phone since he wanted to see how it looked inside and only made it through the first two screws and then had to pry the case open on the side without damage. Couldn't get the speakerphone part off so I guess that's that.

Yeah its a bear... the keyboard top has to be removed first, and that involves first removing the flip...

Its ugly. I used to recase a star tac/timeport in about 6 minutes flat. This v710 phone makes me break a sweat! lol...
