Does anybody happen to know a good website to download normal ringers (meaning non-song) either through WAP or by downloading the mp3 to the pc? I've been searching and searching and haven't found any good sounding normal ringers. Thanks in advance!!!

Here is a site posted on the forum earlier. There are a whole bunch of ring tones that can be downloaded from the zip files.

they are junk - they are the type of ringtones just like you would purchace from Modetones. They are not like an MP3.

If u want u can try russian website midi.ru There are tons of midi files. they sound very nice. I use it myself. Just use latin alphabet and click on any of the letters to get list of the songs.

Betsy, I feel your pain. As a business user having songs as ringtones is inappropriate in most circumstances (fortunately I just leave the thing in my pocket on vibrate most of the time anyway)...but my advice would be to look for "sound effects" rather than "phone ringtones" - the latter almost always seems to mean "horrible monophonic goofy songs"; you can use any WAV or MP3 file, just convert to MP3 if necessary, then email to your phone (or use transflash if you have that). I haven't looked all that hard yet, but I plan to once I have some free time. 🙂

There's a (smallish) Free section on that site. The FAQ contains a question about free ones.

Google may reveal more sites like that if you look...
