Chumbo.com 128 mb card does come with adapter
Just got a call back from Andy (sales rep) at Chumbo and he told me that 128 mb card does in fact come with a sd adapter.
Also 2nd day fed ex included for 37.99
Very pleasant company to do business with and was willing to research and call me back witin 30 minutes.

It appears that SanDisk is the sole source, with one kind of packaging.
I'd expect an adapter on 100% of orders, unless some company decides to cut the package open and sell the adapter separately...

The rep at sandisk stated to me that some companies could request to have the item package different..but as one person stated earlier it seems like they all carry the same thing

Just ordered mine from chumbo and yes card does in fact come with the sd adapter.
