Never recieved anything about my settlement
I sent in the form they sent out a while ago with the 3 options and sent it before the date on there and still havent recieved anything about it and am curious what i should do or when i should expect to hear something (if ever)
I really need a new phone and if i cant use the money for this, i might just switch carriers

You might be in phase 2 of the settlement which does not become final until sometime this month. (I don't remeber the exact date but it was in late May I think). Do a search, either here or over at HowardForums on the dates for the 2nd phase and see if you are in that group.

This might help you figure out if you are in the second group:
Class Members who received the Notice and Claim Form during January and February 2006 had the opportunity to submit a Claim Form on or before March 3, 2006. On March 16, 2006, the Court approved this subsequent phase of the settlement. Once the Court's decision becomes final, Class Members in this subsequent phase who submitted a Claim Form and selected Option 3 will be contacted again by mail in order to purchase their new replacement phone and/or accessories and return their old V710 and accessories.
