Hi,

I sent my form in and got the settlement package back from verizon. I believe it has to be mailed back to them with the phone and reciept by may 13th which is in a few days.

My question is this: I already have the razr v3c and I am happy with it and dont need a new phone...what are my options for getting as much money back as possible. I think I paid around $200 or $300 for it orginally.

Thanks in advance. Please let me know asap because this needs to go out soon! thansk

Mine says JUNE 13, so check the dates again!
Also, find out what you paid. You need the reciept, they wont give you money for what you think you paid. If you paid 200, buy a phone that is around 180, (tax has to be added on) and just sell it and keep your razr. I dont really remember what the phone prices were since I cant log in anymore, but you should get one with no contract so you dont lose your old plan.

They emailed me back!

If you have already purchased your phone off of the exchange site, you can log onto "My Account" at www.VerizonWireless.com and order accessories.

To receive full value for the purchase, you must return the receipt for the new purchases, as well as the original V710 receipts, when you return the V710 phone. We will use those receipts when determining the refund amount.

Thank You,

Settlement Administrator

So there is no way to just get refunded the money back to the original credit car it was purchased from? ugh. I dont want to buy $300 worth of accessories.

I guess I will just get a phone and put it on ebay or something. that sucks.

My date said May 30th...so I have to get acting soon before I miss out!
