Settlement: LESSER OF????
I was shocked to read the settlment statement for option 3 that says that we will receive the LESSER of what we paid for the V710, ~$500 in my case, and the cost of the new phone purchased on the /v710exchange site. - $80 for an e815 and $130 for a V3c.

I dont know what you exactly mean, but if you paid 500 and you buy a 200 phone on the site you will get a check for $200. they are not give you a check for 300 more. buy accesories or buy a better phone untill you can get your 500 back. remember you have to add tax too.

So If I only bought the phone on the exchange website, can I go online and still buy accessories from the regular website or am I SOL. I went to the V710 Exchange site and all I purchased was the phone I wanted. Can I just log into my account purchase some accessories and be refunded for them as well as the phone?

Yes - I believe you can still buy more accessories to bump you up to the original purchase price of the v710. HOWEVER!- you must mail all of your receipts in WITH the v710 in the pre-paid mailer.
They added a portion to the exchange website saying "you can buy online using the my account section, or can go to a VZW store... but you must submit all receipts with your v710"
I think you should be fine as long as you didn't already mail your phone back... then you'd be SOL.
