go to the exchange site and see if you can log in.

if you can, that means you are in the first mailing:

I was able to get in, so I'm assuming I'm in the first mailing.

However, I have not received my packet yet.
Apparently, they are mailing them out in stages, with the last stage to go out this friday. So if you dont get your by early next week, you should probably start trying to get a hold of someone.

You pay full cost, or whatever option you choose (one year extension, two year extension, etc).

Here's the howard forums sticky on the subject:

Ive receieved nothing throughout this whole settlement. I got tired of waiting and paid for a new phone. Now i have a xv6700 and a v710 in a family plan. The phone number to the v710 has been changed because i transfered the v710 number to my xv6700. Will this effect my settlement?

Another question, how do you find out what wave you are in? I really dont want to be screwed over with this settlement.

I am able to log into the v710 phone exchange website. Thats good to know though.
