most camera/video phones with a mega pixel camera that are about to come out, can only do 15 seconds

Most camera phones are limited to the amount of video they can record because of their amount of internal memory. The V710 will have a memory card slot so I'm assuming that because you'll be able to get a TransFlash memory card up to 128MB, that's why you'll be able to record up to 3 minutes.
