Help. I'm thinking of buying a V710
I currently have the Mpx22o with Cingular but the reception sucks. so now I'm switching to Verizon. so is the V710 worth it? if so what's the best deal do u guys think i can get on one? 🙄

I've had the v710 for two months and it's the best phone I've ever had. Stop listening to the negative reviews. The reception on this phone is simply outstanding and I get signals in areas that other phones don't get. The speakerphone is fantastic. The voice recognition is fantastic. I use the blutooth headset because I do a lot of highway driving because of the work I do. I get pictures back and forth to my computer with the transflash card without paying Verizon. I get mp3's and ringtones without paying Verizon. Once you learn the phone and set it up to the way you want it the performance is outstanding. Be your own judge. So you can make ringtones on ur computer... put the transflash card in there somehow? and download them onto the card... then put the ring tones on ur phone to make them come out? Like.. voice tones? You can hear the voices? If so, how do they sound? I think this might make me buy this phone if it does that.

Real tones sound great 😁, I have crazy train from GIN and it sounds better then on my car radio. Yes you can make tones on your pc and transfer them to the phone with TF. I feel it is the best VZW phone out when it comes to ringers. Try it out, like sportsnut said you have 15 days to test drive it, if you don't like it take it back.

alright i have had the V710 since august. The phone is goood...not outstanding, i personally love motorola, but this phone isn't what its supposed to be. The camera quality is awful, i use the phone to its potential, i use the camera in daylight but it still sucks, the ringtones i use also to full potential, i make them with itunes and send them to my phone and i even downloaded a program to make them louder. Its cool to have the mp3's and what not. I personally dont love this phone though, therefore im switching to the LG-VX8000 in which has great camera quality, no bluetooth which i could careless about i have the headset but its cool for a lil while, the mp3s are the same, and LG just seems like its gonna be a better phone.
