Is there an auto keyguard function on the 6620?

Proud new owner of a 6620!

But I figured out the keyguard lock/unlock function, but is there an automatic keyguard function? One that locks the keys after a set period of time?

My old 6200 has this feature.

Thanks!

Here is a program someone posted on the AT&T forums.

But, you have to enter a "code" to unlock it! To set it up: Look under "Settings." Click on "Security" Then click on "Phone and SIM" There's an "Autolock" there. You just enter how many minutes you want it to wait to lock the phone.

It is different than the Auto Keyguard on my 6820, in that you have to use a code to unlock it. It's very easy to set up, though. You just make up a five-digit code. You can change the code very easily too. I just used five of the same #'s to make it easy to type in. Works for me!

I didn't know that feature was on the phone. I like the AutoLock program better though, because to unlock you just hit the left navigation key and then the * key. It's a lot quicker for me. But thanks for letting us know that this feature is on the phone. 😉
