How sturdy is this phone?

That's my biggest concern about it. It seems really light and plasticky... do you think it can stand up to a year of jean-pocket abuse?

Also, what cases do a good job of protecting it?

The phone is very sturdy, Mac. It's not plasticky at all...very reliable. The OS took a minute to get used to...I kinda feel like they put certain certain tools in the wrong folders. Confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it's great.

I haven't gotten too many accessories yet. I'm waiting on a bluetooth dongle to arrive in the mail, and I use a Moto BT headset with it now. The headset is great...makes me feel like I'm in the Matrix. 😎

When I do find a affordable and sturdy case, I will let you know.

As far as the jean-pocket abuse, I think the Nokia can last. Don't take the clear sticker that comes on the screen off if you're going to do that though. Don't know how tight you wear your pants (don't know if you're mal...

You can move anything from any folder you want so if you think it is in the wrong folder, move it..its just like your pc..as for the case, www.krusell.se the multidapt case is what I use..great protection for the phone..

I've had mine for about a year now, I have dropped it and it survived just fine. The screen is remarkably scratch-proof. I like the fact that everything fits so perfectly together that nothing can "jiggle" around in there. you can't "twist" the case because it is a lot thicker than most and fits so well that there is no "give" in it. As far as cases go I've been using a clear plastic holster that I got from ebay, the seller's name was Eforcity. I had to use a dremel tool to cut a little plastic away from the bottom of the holster so the phone would fit in right, I then used a heat gun to bend the holster in so that it "grips" the phone even tighter. The holster is good for taking the abuse when you drop it. Instead of the phone hitting...
