Kind of USB dongle for bluetooth

My wife has Motorola v551. Do I need to buy a dongle for Nokia 6620 and another one for v551 ? Or is dongle universal, meaning one works for any brand phone ? What brands are good ?

One dongle will support multiple devices. Just pair each one with your computer.
