Contacts addresses noy synching from Outlook

I'm able to create a new contact with addresses in the Nokia Contacts Editor and save it to the phone. But, my synch with Outlook (choosing "All Details" in the config) doesn't copy over the address data to the phone. How can I get that data over?

The Nokia PC Suite software must be downloaded onto phone, this is not supported by your wireless provider. Contact manufactuer or go to this web link http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0%2C5184%2C6016%2C 00.html
