I live in NJ. The cingular website has the phone but i called alot of store they have the phone or they no even sure??!! what's going on here? Anyone have an answer or ANSWERS?

I just got this phone from amazon.com for $49.99!! Hurry, the offer ends today, 10/6--over $300 dollars in mail in rebates. I have cingular too, which is taking over for ATT in Jan. If you get this phone on amazon, you have to switch over to ATT, but you will basically switch back to cingular in a few months. Also, you can keep your existing cingular number. Believe me, it's worth it!! This phone is awesome, and ATT has Mmode installed on this phone which allows you to download tons of awesome stuff from the ATT website. I researched, believe me. HURRY!! A $500 phone for $49.99 cannot be beat!!!

u dont understand... there's no way i can leave cingular when I have an awesome plan from them. BELIEVE ME... the plan i have, ROCKS!!!!! If i go to ATT I have to forfeit EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE NOW.... there's no way I can do that!! Man, it's so hard to get the phone from cingular retail level. I might as well buy the phone on ebay or something.

Could we just buy direct from Nokiausa.. I know 399 is steep, I too have a plan I am not too thrilled to leave. AND Ebay unlocked sorta scares me for that amout of $$.

OK, first of all, what kind of amazing plan is cingular giving you that they have become the wireless GOD? Second, the cingular retail by me said that they are gonna have this phone by the end of Oct. Third, where do you live? This phone is available retail if you live near most major cities. Fourth, DON'T do the Ebay thing, most of those phones are being sold for even MORE than you would spend if you waited for it to become available through cingular, and you wouldn't get any warranties or support services through cingular. With a phone this expensive, it's worth the wait.

I have unlimited text FOR FREE!!!! I text like 500 messages a month and I dont pay for it.... plus.. i have $10 credits FOR LIFE!!! HOW CAN U BEAT THAT???!!! MY PLAN ROCKS... here is the theory i have been working... check it out... since cingular carried this phone... I'll get the unlocked att phone.. get it cheaper ..(hopefully).. then use the insurance that I have!! I can't lose!! Besides all cingular phone is UNLOCKED anyway. I put my friends ATT sim card in my motorola v400...works right away... but when I put my cingular sim in their phone... Basically saying (Go F yourself).. man I saw the phone in ATT store... wow what a phone... I also like another nokia that has a twist flip... that's hot too!
